Light steel architectural structure is
the symbol of the modern industrialized
buildings and also the most ideal substitute
of the traditional reinforced concrete buildings.
It makes the most of the mechanical characters
of the steel material and has adopted the

The
beam and column are automatic welded
H steel, and the main steel parts
are Q235A steel or 16Mn steel whose
quality is in accordance with the
present standard "Technical Conditions
of Ordinary Carbon Construction Steel"
and "Technical Conditions of
Low Alloy Construction Steel".
The welding rod is in accordance with
the present standard "Carbon
Steel Welding Rod and Low Alloy Welding
Rod"; the automatic welding wire
and welding flux are in accordance
with the present standard "Welding
Steel Wire". All the welded members
have been straightened by the automatic
straigntener. All the members should
be completely cleaned, and coated
with two layers of anticorrosion paint.
After assembling, the steel structure
should be coated with long acting
anticorrosion paint and receive fireproof
treatment. The jobsite connection
are realized through bolts of high
intensity.

type materials and wide applications |
The color steel
sandwich board(Xiaobao Board) is the combination
of the two layers of steel plate with insulation
materials(polystyrene and rock wool) using
the high effective binding agent through
computer control. The finished board is
formed like H. It not only has properties
like heat insulation, acoustic insulation,
lightness and waterproof, but also has characters
like bending resistance, crush resistance,
load bearing and high intensity. It is widely
used in the construction of mansions, the
protection of industrial workshops, refrigerated
warehouses, various trailer coaches, etc.
As a new kind of building material, it is
produced in standard specifications, and
is very convenient in transportation and
erection.

Light weight:
10-14kg/m2, equal to 1/30 of the brick wall.
Heat insulation(coefficient of heat conductivity):
≤0.035W/m.k.
High intensity: Good bending resistance
and crush resistance, and can be used as
load bearing wall. Generally, beam column
is not needed.
Fresh colors: There are many colors for
choice. No need to decorate the surface.
Quick erection: the construction period
can be shortened by 40%. |

plating), chemical pretreatment,
rendering and fine painting. It
has excellent decorating effect
and strong anticorrosion property.
Since the adhesive power of the
paint is very strong, the fresh
color can be kept for a long period.
